Core Responsibilities: Infrastructure - Create and manage cloud infrastructure to support HappyCo software development teams. Improve the reliability, observability, and performance of these systems. Operations - Monitor the health and performance of production systems. Improve monitoring tooling and effectiveness. Respond to production events. Document issues and incidents. Drive down MTTA and MTTR. Security/Compliance - Maintain a proactive posture keeping HappyCo ahead of security threats and vulnerabilities. Follow all required processes for security and compliance. Mentorship/Leadership - Identify, apply, and coach best practices across the team.
